Customized & Personalized Items
Most products offered by HUAXMADE are custom-made based on customer-provided information such as names, dates, photos, or design selections.
For this reason:
1. Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded due to customer preference,
2. incorrect size selection, or spelling errors submitted during checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details carefully before placing an order.
However, we will gladly assist if there is a problem caused by us.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
You may qualify for a replacement or refund if:
1. The item arrives damaged or defective
2. You receive the wrong item
3. The product has a manufacturing error
4. The item is lost during shipping (confirmed by carrier tracking)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
1. Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
2. Normal variations in color or appearance due to screen differences
3. Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or customs processing
4. Items that have been used, worn, or modified after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible because items are made specifically for each customer.
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
1. A replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost, or
2. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
