Returns
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or personalization errors made by the customer.
However, we will provide a replacement or refund if your item:
1. Arrives damaged or defective
2. Has a manufacturing error
3. Is significantly different from the approved order details
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, exchanges are not supported unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
If your order qualifies, we will provide:
1. A free replacement, or
2. A refund based on the situation

How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Order number
2. Clear photos of the product and issue
3. Description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing
If your request is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Personalized items cannot be restocked or resold.
