✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing error
  • The item differs significantly from your approved customization details

If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (spelling, dates, names, sizes, etc.)
  • Change of mind after production begins
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color differences caused by screen display variations

Each personalized product is uniquely made just for you.

Do not send items back without approval.

If your item qualifies, we will offer:

💳 Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the error is ours (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover return or replacement costs.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

⏱ Order Cancellation

Because personalized products enter production quickly:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.
  • After production starts, cancellation may not be possible.

🎁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for customized items.
If there is a quality issue, we will remake your product instead.
