All products from HUAXMADE are made to order and carefully customized for each customer.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
This includes production, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Returns
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or personalization errors made by the customer.
However, we will provide a replacement or refund if your item:
Arrives damaged or defective
Has a manufacturing error
Is significantly different from the approved order details
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
